p282-283.
It is not known where Giovanni Minozzi’s car was built, nor is the origin of its 6-cylinder engine fitted known. This photograph, from Aosta – Gran San Bernardo on 28th August 1949, is the best photo discovered to date.

2. Romano Malaguti’s Maserati at Forlì - July 6, 1947.

A Maserati driven by Malaguti (see p43-44) appeared in this race for 1100 unsupercharged racing cars at Forli in July 1947. This was, as far as is known, Malaguti’s only appearance in a Maserati after WWII. This photograph of the start photo shows a car with an offset driving position, but it is unclear which car this was. Better photos are needed for identification. In 1949 Malaguti built a Fiat 1100 sports car special, which, it is reported, contained Maserati parts.
